It is a crispy pastry dessert, made out of layers of our own Home-made Phyllo sheets, filled with generous amount of nuts then baked attentively. Ready to eat is recommended for around Metro Manila areas. Dry baklava is recommended and more suitable for deliveries especially outside Metro Manila areas without worries of spoilage along the way. Dry baklava has same taste and texture than the standard Baklava but syrup was separately packed to keep its freshness and crispiness. *Contains no eggs. *Halal prepared. *Proudly made by our Turkish Chefs. *Produced/freshly baked before shipping. WHY CHOOSE DRY BAKLAVA? >It has a longer shelf life that will stays up to 1 month compared to the regular baklava. >You can adjust the level of sweetness according to your preference. >Easy and convenient to prepare in just a few minutes. >Can store it to freezer for a month and take it out whenever your cravings kick in. HOW TO PREPARE: By Conventional Oven and Oven Toaster (Recommended) -Unwrapped the baklava. You may also brushed the baklava with butter for added crispiness. - Set the oven to 180°C for 8-10 minutes. -Arrange the rack into middle section and put the baklava and wait for up to 8-10 minutes. -Reheat the syrup 'till it starts to boil. Turn off the heat. Pour the hot syrup over the hot Baklava pieces. Let sit to cool. -Garnish with Ground Pistachio nuts for toppings and your Baklava is ready to served. *Baklava is also good to serve chilled. QUICK EASY OPTIONS: (This is just an option but not so recommended because outcome will not be as crispy as the convection oven or oven toaster.) 1.May use microwave oven for 20-30 seconds in high temp. Reheat the syrup 'till it starts to boil. Turn off the heat. Pour the hot syrup over the hot Baklava pieces. Let sit to cool. Garnish with Ground Pistachio nuts for toppings and your Baklava is ready to served. 2.)Hot syrup over dry baklava. Reheat the syrup to make it hot but not boiling. Pour the hot syrup over the hot Baklava pieces. Let sit to cool. Garnish with Ground Pistachio nuts for toppings and your Baklava is ready to served. 3.)Improvised. May use pot or pan. Set the stove in a low fire. Put the baklava with its tray inside and cover with the lid. Let it reheat till it got warm. Pour the hot syrup over the hot Baklava pieces. Let sit to cool. Garnish with Ground Pistachio nuts for toppings and your Baklava is ready to served.
