Product Description
Ingredients:
Salt, Dextrose, Tartrazine, Tricalcium phosphate.
Instructions:
Dissolve thoroughly in water and shake well. (set aside for 1 hour to fully dissolve the granules)
1g: 30ml water (Ideally)
Storage: Should be kept in away from moisture.
Powdered food coloring is very concentrated, so start with just a little bit.
Use with: Icing, fondant, gum paste, batter, cake frosting and many more. Powder food coloring is a completely dry form of food dye with no liquid.
Note: Food color powder tend to harden due to its Hygroscopic Nature, but it does not affect the quality of the color or taste. Just dissolve before using.
