- For LBC and JRS, max of 1 pair per pouch.    
- NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE. Please ensure that your order size and color selection are correct. Our sizes are of US standard. 
We will NOT accept return for reasons of:
- Shoes does not fit
- Slight color difference
- Sudden change of mind 

Please ensure that the order placed is in correct shoe size and color. We are already more than a decade in the shoe industry. Mutual respect please.

- Return of item will only be entertained for WRONG DELIVERY (in a very rare case it does happen).
- Strictly NO cancellation once order is confirmed.
- Sorry, but no half sizes.

- Currently our FREE SHIPPING and COD option is under Black Arrow (BAE). By experience, delivery with BAE might be delayed from time to time. Please note, that this is beyond our control. If you're willing to wait and would like to avail the FS and COD, you may choose BAE if not please choose either LBC or JRS.
