Xanthan Gum (Food Grade)

A plant-based additive, xanthan gum is ideal for gluten-free, vegan, cooking and baking, and as a thickening agent in soups, puddings and sauces. This can also be added to achieve creamy desserts. 

SUGGESTED USAGE
Baking: ½ tsp per cup of flour
Bread Baking: ½ tsp or ¾ tsp per cup of gluten-free flour
Smoothies, Dressings, Sauces: Start with 1/4 tsp per cup of liquid and increase until desired.
