*Why does my order say pick-up fail?
- Reasons: a) Courier rider didn't arrive to pick up, b) No Airway bill (AWB) sticker generated for us, c) No stock
*Why does my order say return to sender?

- Sorry we have cases where delivery personnel are lazy to deliver and just cancels the order if they don't find your address. We don't have any control on that issue.

*Why does my order take so long to deliver?
- Since the couriers are out of our control, you may follow up the respective courier.
