How to Use:
Apply  all over the body 10-15 minutes before exposure to the sun. Re-apply 10-15 minutes before exposure to the sun.  Re apply every 2 hours when exposed to strong sunlight.

Caution: 
Do not stay too long in the sun, even while using a sunscreen product.
