1. if possible, no cancellation of orders because the bags are pre-order and made to order.

2. production of bags will most probably take 6-10 days. (this depends on the number of orders).

3. we only use j&t and gogo express as our couriers.

4. after receiving your parcel/order, please don't forget to click "order received". we would also appreciate it if you could give us reviews—suggestions or comments.

5. we usually update our product restock and new designs on our social media accounts, IG: tatakaesthetic and Twitter: TATAKAESTHETIC, so make sure to follow us to be more updated.
