HOW TO PREPARE
1. Using Ice Cream Machine (Soft Serve Ice Cream, Highly Recommended)
📍 Dissolve one (1) pack of Top Creamery Top Mix Soft Serve Ice Cream Powder into 2.5 liters of water.
📍 For best results, mix very well and set aside for at least 30 minutes.
📍 Pour the mixture into an ice cream machine.  Wait until ready to serve.
📍 Top with fudge or syrup. Enjoy!

2. Using Hand Mixer (Home-Made Ice Cream for Home Consumption)
📍 Mix and blend 80g of Cream Puff Powder in 700-850ml of cold water for 4-5 minutes.
📍 Add 250g of Top Creamery Top Mix Soft Serve Ice Cream Powder to the mixture then blend for 5-10 minutes.
📍 During mixing, you may add additional sugar or flavorings depending on your output preference.
📍 Pour into the ice cream tub, then freeze for at least 12 hours.
 

TIPS ON MAKING SOFT SERVE ICE CREAM
🍦 Do not add the recommended amount of water. It will result in the icy texture of the output.
🍦 Air is the most crucial key to the best soft-serve ice cream. It is recommended to put the mixture by portions into the machine at a few minutes intervals.
🍦 Always clean your machine before and after use. Soft Serve Ice Cream contains milk and is prone to spoilage if the machine is left uncleaned.
🍦 Leftover mixture can be used until the next day only. Keep refrigerated.
