PAN
1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan from medium to high heat.
2. Straight from the freezer, fry for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown on all sides.

OVEN
1. Pre-heat oven to 250°C and lightly brush pork belly with oil.
2. Straight from the freezer, bake for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.

GRILL
1. Pre-heat grill and cook for 4 minutes per side.

PERISHABLE
• Keep frozen and cook thoroughly before serving
• Refreeze uncooked portions.
• When cooked, lasts up to 7 days in the fridge in a tightly sealed container.
• Can be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months
