The study of criminology should benefit the community where criminology was developed. Crimeinology for well-being promotes the need to realize social welfare as a major activity of the state before the state commits criminalization of its citizens who violate criminal law. Although criminal law teaches that punishment is an ultimum remedium in the practice of criminal law enforcement, the criminal justice system authorities only enforce legal proceedings and penalties. The state as a responsible entity also never thought of providing facilities and performing legal socialization to prevent people from committing crimes. Since crime is generally dominated by the goal of obtaining property because the perpetrator is not hopeful, poverty reduction programs and employment provision and open opportunities for earning as much as possible must be prioritized. In the long run, young generation development programs through education and training must be the main ones.
