We only sell official and authentic items to fellow collectors! We never sell bootleg/fake/class A items because those harm the industry and your health. 

We pack and ship items in 1-2 working days. For items marked as pre-order, the items are only stored in Laguna. We can retrieve them during weekends and ship by Monday or Tuesday.

We use bubble wrap and/or cardboard box in packing items. However, please understand that we are not responsible for issues caused by the courier's possible mishandling of parcels. We take and send pictures of your orders before shipment for your reference.

For Metro Manila customers who prefer delivery via GrabExpress or Lalamove, please send us a message. This is highly recommended if you want to receive the items ASAP. This is also the safest method of shipping.
