We pack our items with bubble wrap and customized/corrugated cardboard.

Good Smile Company, Max Factory and Kotobukiya related products have after sales support.  (In case of defective goods, don't hesitate to communicate with us for claims.)

We only have limited quantities per type, please make sure to purchase it as soon as possible before it gets sold out.

We ship within 2-3 working days once ordered.  Estimated time of arrival is based on your location (e.g. Metro Manila/GMA/Provincial), and current traffic/condition of parcels via sorting hub.

Due to the features of this product, it cannot be returned/exchanged once it has been opened.  Please consider it before purchasing.

Images of some of our products were taken before shipment to prevent product replacement.  (For large scale figures and products without warranty, we document and take pictures before the shipping out process. In such cases, opening marks may remain even with new products.)

There is a possibility that more than 1 tape is attached even if it is a new product due to inspection by the manufacturer (mostly Bandai/Banpresto/MegaHouse which doesn’t have circular tapes).  We appreciate your understanding in advance. 

The outer box may be damaged due to age, distortion, dents, some scratches, burns, and after peeling off the shipping label. Customers can request images before buying/before us sending out.

If a part of the product is made of metal, the metal part may deteriorate over time, please understand in advance.
