1. We test and check all items prior to shipping to make sure that there is no damage or whatsoever
2. Strictly "No Return, No Exchange" unless proven defective or damaged
3. Returns should be made within 24 hours once you receive the item (Shopee's rule)
4. When signing for the express delivery, it is necessary to check the goods first and sign for the delivery. If the goods are damaged in transit, the logistics company is entirely responsible.
5. We do not accept Returns because of compatibility issues. It is the buyer's responsibility to know the specifications of the product prior to buying. 
6. We also do not entertain Returns because you changed your mind or you don't like the color or design. You have to choose carefully before buying.
