Ingredients:Chamomile Flower, Peppermint Leaft, Decaffeinated Indian green tea, Scullcap Leaf, Wood betony, Catnip leaf, Stevia leaf
How To Prepare: In a teacup or small teapot with infuser, put 1 to 2 teaspoons of the botanical blend. If you like it strong, add more. Pour 250ml of freshly boiled water and infuse for 3 to 4 minutes. To make a liter, put 4 to 8 teaspoons. Strain the botanicals from the water and set aside.Best Enjoyed:Hot
