12. BraveHere shall not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit/shipment. Buyer will be responsible for checking its shipment upon delivery for total package count and condition. Any shortage or evidence of damage must be noted on carrier’s delivery receipt and reported to carrier’s local office.
13. You will pay directly to "Shopee Guarantee" we will expect to receive confirmation from Shopee after 24 hours so we suggest to send us advance copy of payment for our reference.
14. We will wait for Shopee to send us customer's payment confirmation that is the time we will reserve a slot for you and start processing your order on the next business day.
