2. For shipping, we use bubble wrap and corrugated boxes to avoid damages during transit. Damaged orders can be refunded. Just send us proof of the broken product and we’ll take care of it. Please take note that all items are checked first before ship out. Meaning, if you received a damaged item, it was mishandled by the courier, not us. Please leave feedback accordingly. 🙏🏻

Do not choose another variation just because you can’t click or find the item then send us a chat that your order is different. Our packagers do not check your chat nor your remarks because we can only see whatever you put in your cart during packaging. If you made a mistake, let us know so we can cancel your order and ask you to reorder again.
