How to use
1.	Put the trimmer on a firm solid surface before use
2.	Adjust the paper to the desired position with the magnetic paper adjuster on the base with your hand 
3.	Hold the paper on the base with your hand
4.	Place the blade down firmly until it stops
5.	Lock the blade to the safety locking device when you are not using the trimmer
