Lahat po ng toner na ipapadala namin ay naka-tape sa loob at sa labas para na rin dagdag ingat na hindi matapon ang toner. Lahat po ng produkto namin ay bago at galing sa Shantahl. In case po na ayaw niyong lagyan ito ng tape, makipag-ugnayan lang po sa amin. Salamat! 🥰

1. In order to serve you better, orders will be shipped out every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Cut off shall be 6pm of the previous day or until slots are filled. Please coordinate with the seller should you have any questions. No rush orders please. 

2. Wala po kaming control sa courier at hindi kami liable sa kahit anong delivery delay o problema. Pinadadalhan po namin kayo ng picture bago kami magship out na maayos ang produkto. Kung may tanong o follow up po kayo, please contact shopee or your chosen courier. WE CAN ONLY TELL THEM YOUR DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS. Again, WE DO NOT HAVE ANY CONTROL OVER THE COURIER. 

3. Ukol sa delay sa delivery, 4-6 days para sa Metro Manila, at 8-12 days naman sa ibang parte ng Pilipinas ang delivery lead time. SADYANG MABAGAL PO NGAYON ANG NINJAVAN. Suggestion namin na J&T ang piliin niyong courier para mas mabilis.

4. Wag bumili kung wala kayong pambayad o hindi kayo sigurado. Wag rin bumili kung nagmamadali kayo. Hindi po madaling maghintay ng parcel na hindi niyo tinanggap. Dalawang linggo ang kelangan naming hintayin bago maibalik yan sa amin.

5. Maging responsableng buyer (BE A RESPONSIBLE BUYER). Basahin ang buong post para walang miscommunications at misunderstanding.
