We will always check the quality of each product prior sending to you. Unfortunately, certain products (e.g. chocolates) are delicate and can easily melt in Philippines’ hot climate.

This might result in the chocolates melting after they leave our premises, and before it arrive on your doorstep. We sincerely apologise if this do happen, and we are trying our best to look for alternative methods to prevent it.
