— We cannot guarantee a certain day and time for the delivery.
— It may arrive anytime 9am - 10pm within the shipping period of 1-5 days (JNT).
— Courier will only have 2 attempts to successfully deliver your order (JNT).
— Make it a habit to check your order's status on my Shopee ASH CLUTZ  instead of asking your seller. We will check the  same thing.
— You may reach us if you're having trouble with your order's delivery. We will coordinate with the courier for you.
— In case the delivery fails and parcel is sent back to us, customer must coordinate with us to arrange another delivery schedule. DO NOT CANCEL.
