Mixed Fruit Teas make great, low calorie, caffeine-free, refreshing drinks for any time of the day. Made only from carefully matched flower petals, dried fruit and berries, they all have high levels of vitamins and minerals and – most importantly – taste and smell great! 

Ingredients: papaya, pineapple, cantaloupe, apricots, melon, kiwi, hawthorn berry, raisins, roselle, rose buds

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS

WATER:  250ml        |         TEMPERATURE: 90ºC        |        TEA: 1 to 2 tablespoons

Place 2 teaspoons of tea into your cup. Add 250ml hot water and allow the tea to steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Add raw honey to taste. Gradually increase steeping time and temperature for subsequent brewing.

For iced tea, double the amount of tea and allow to steep for at least 5 minutes. Add ice and serve. Long brewing periods will render a bolder flavour. Re-steep 2 more times.
