FOR FROZEN PRODUCTS:
Immediately received the item once order then place in freezer/refrigerator before cooking
Any sour smell will rinse in salt (due to the transportation and sealing)

Delivery is always 3-5 days so don't expect too frozen/cold items.
If it delivers more than the expected date, Kindly message Shopee customer service directly
Once we hand over the item, message the courier directly in their messenger for the updates.
We done have control to the couriers
