Mix 'n Steam - Puto Mix is a balanced mix of quality ingredients specially developed for easy preparation of Puto.

Shelf Life: 12 months

PROCEDURE :

✅Mix all ingredients at low speed for about 3 minutes or until batter is smooth.

✅Fill each small puto mold with about 25 grams (3/4full) batter. If desired, top with cheese slices.

✅Steam for about 15 minutes. Cool before removing from mold.

✅Make 65 pcs puto in small mold.

TIPS :
❤️Always steam puto in boiling water.

❤️ Steaming conditions may vary depending on type of steamer used.

❤️ Batter may be mixed manually using spatula or wooden spoon.
