Warranty Terms DO NOT apply to the following conditions:
•	Products have been repaired by unauthorized service center or technician.
•	If the warranty seal is broken/ tampered or shows evidence of tampering.
•	Defects or damaged caused by natural disaster such as flood, lighting, accident, fire or voltage instability.
•	Defects or damaged caused by failure to follow the instructions contains in the user manual such as Broken panel and board damage.
•	If the unit is caused by animal and insects found inside the unit.
•	If the accidentally scratch the unit upon opening and accidentally drop or broke during set-up and wall mounting.

RETURN POLICY:
•	Return must be within 7 days upon delivery. Items must be checked immediately during delivery for physical condition.  Test the item for 4-6 days before clicking the received button, for factory defect found during test duration click return and refund button. The buyer is accountable to inspect the item and report its defect/damage right away to claim the Shopee guarantee(return/refund). Therefore, if the buyer didn’t check the item and file his/her complain beyond the guarantee he/she should be responsible for the shipping return/cost for the item. Furthermore, He/she cannot refund/return the item.
