Marahuyo Merchandising Shop Terms and Condition

1. Reservation
• The shop is open for short to mid term reservation. The longevity is negotiable depending on the agreement between sellers and customers.

2. Cancellation
• The shop highly discourages cancellation of orders and reservations to avoid wasting the time and resources of both parties. If by any chance the buyer decided to cancel his/her order, he/she must do it before the sellers approve and schedule the shipping details. Otherwise, the purchased items will not be cancelled unless the buyer pays 30% of his/her total orders.

3. Refunds
• All items that was purchased on the shop are non-refundable. All the details,damages, and issues within the items will be discussed through private messages or Shopee's chatroom. Rest assured that the sellers will provide accurate details and informations with their products.

4. Courier
• The shop entrusts two couriers in Shopee to handle and deliver the items , Ninja Van and Gogo Express. The responsibility of handling the orders with care are in the hands of the couriers. The sellers are not be liable to any lost or damaged items caused by the couriers.
