REMINDERS:

All requests should be noted in MESSAGE TO SELLER BOX BEFORE CHECKOUT (find the message box near the Shipping Option).

Our encoders/packers do not have access in INBOX/CHATBOX, so any request in the chatbox may not be accommodated.

For concerns regarding delivery status, kindly contact Shopee CS, as they can best answer your concerns. 

All items are checked, tested and counted properly before packing and shipping.

We will require A VIDEO WHILE OPENING THE PARCEL on all claims for missing items and wrong items.

The video will help in proving your refund/return claims. It will also save both parties time and effort in reviewing your claims.

Delivery mishandling may cause damages to the items which is out of our control.

For damaged items, please send us a video of the defective item and photo of waybill sticker on the parcel/pouch. Rest assured that we will take action on this as soon as we can.

For wrong items received or missing items, please send us the video while opening the parcel and photo of waybill sticker on the pouch/parcel. Again, rest assured that we will take action as soon as we can given that all proofs have been sent.

All return to seller parcels with “CUSTOMER REJECTED” or “CUSTOMER UNAVAILABLE” or "NO CASH" reasons will not be accommodated again. We are sorry to do this, but this is to avoid further losses in our business.

The courier only has (2) delivery attempts. Please make sure that there is someone to receive your items once the courier sent the notification for delivery to avoid return to seller parcels. 

IMPORTANT NOTES:

We don’t have access or permission to change your address, contact number or anything on your orders or waybills.

We do not have permission to cancel orders as well. NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS ONCE YOU CLICK PLACE ORDER. Please make sure to check all your information and you are sure of buying before placing orders.
