 PRODUCT AVAILABILITY POLICY 

- Since we also accommodate walk-in buyers, there will be times that the specific shade or design that you chose will be out of stock. Please have a second or third option put on the remarks.
- We strive to do next day ship outs. Except Sundays. 
- If the item that you chose is out of stock and you did not put any remarks for backup colors/designs, we will choose one for you and ship it without any prior notice. That's why if you are sensitive about the design/color, put it on the remarks.


 CANCELLATION POLICY 

The only condition that cancellations are allowed is if the design/color that you ordered became out of stock. Otherwise, we will reject any requests since our cancellation rates are going to be affected.  


❓ WHY I CAN'T SEE YOUR COD OPTION ❓

1. COD BLACKLIST - Shopee may restrict you for the COD option if you have failed deliveries before. This is a 90 days restriction.

2. UNSUPPORTED ADDRESS - the courier who is handling the package does not cover your area for COD (Shopee has multiple partner couriers)(Our partner is JNT)


 DELIVERY LEAD TIME 

Metro Manila: 2-5 days
Central: 3-7 days
Visayas: 3-8 days
Mindanao: 3-8 days

-This is the lead time provided by Shopee.
-The count does not include Sunday.
