*any item that is already tagged as to shipped is not allowed to be cancelled base on shopee's policy
*cancellation are only allowed if it hasn't been confirmed by the seller

* we can't cancel it on your behalf. As mentioned above, once tagged as "TO SHIP" both parties cannot cancel the order. 
✔ We (the seller) are not liable for delay or damaged product. We ensure that our products are in perfect condition and is protected before packaging. 
*if item is tampered or damaged due to shipping, please report it to us and shopee 𝑰𝑴𝑴𝑬𝑫𝑰𝑨𝑻𝑬𝑳𝒀 with photos included.
✔ For delivery concerns, contact us & shopee or the courier directly
eg. late shipping, missing rider, tagged RTS by rider without any attempt of delivery
✔Once shipped, shopee doesn't notify us of your order status. If your order was canceled OR was tagged shipped but no progress. 𝑷𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒆 𝒎𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒂𝒈𝒆 𝒖𝒔. We cant keep track of all the orders and customer concern. We will file a report on your behalf & help you with you orders.

Shipped - labeled canceled - but customer received and paid for the item
Tagged shipped - no progress - but received and paid for
Note: We are not being compensated by shopee for items that was shipped, received and paid by the customer. We fill report and they acknowledge their mistake but not action has been done for months. Please send us the evidences.
