We pack each candle safely with bubble wrap, fillers, boxes, and ‘fragile’ tape. Photos before packing will also be sent to clients. We are NOT LIABLE with any in transit damages and courier handling problems once picked up successfully. Kindly raise it to Shopee via Return/Exchange/Refund option.
