Packaging and Shipping
●We ship items 1-2 days after booking of orders. We do not ship out on Sundays. 
●Send us a message if you have any packaging requests. 
●For rush orders: Earliest we can ship out is next day. We can only do same day ship out (cut-off 7am) if J&T is your assigned courier. 

Courier: STANDARD LOCAL
Standard Local Delivery is part of Shopee's new Courier Allocation Process. The Shopee system will be the one to assign the best possible courier for your order based on different factors such as location, weight, record, etc. 

As for our shop here, we have J&T and GoGo Xpress under our Standard Local Delivery. It means either one of these couriers could be assigned to your order. 
●J&T Express: max weight 50kg
●GoGo Express: max 20kg

Order Cancellation
●Buyers can only cancel orders if pickup date is not yet booked. We will no longer process cancellation requests once we have confirmed and scheduled pickup for your order.

●If any item is incomplete, damaged, or missing and you would like to request for a refund; DO NOT click "Order Received" right away. Take videos/photos of your package and message us immediately so we can assist you.
