FAQs:
1. Is this available?
- It's hard to keep track of stocks since we have an actual store and thousands of items. Please order the item that you want and we'll inform you in case item is out of stock.
2. Why does my order say pick-up fail?
- Reasons: a) Courier rider didn't arrive to pick up, b) No Airway bill (AWB) sticker generated for us, c) No stock
3. Why does my order say return to sender?
- Sorry we have cases where delivery personnel are lazy to deliver and just cancels the order if they don't find your address. We don't have any control on that issue.
4. Why does my order take so long to deliver?
- Since the couriers are out of our control, you may follow up the respective courier.
