Starting on Feb 12, 2021, we will be changing to NON-FORTIFIED nutritional yeast. New batch of nutritional yeast will appear lighter in color - pale brown. Natural, no synthetic vitamins added is always the better choice!

Nutritional yeast comes from selected strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. This yeast is grown on enriched purified cane and beet molasses under carefully controlled conditions. 

Nutritional yeast is suitable for vegans as a dairy-free cheese substitute, making it a perfect seasoning for popcorn, chips, fries, pasta, mac 'n cheese, and hot meals. We sprinkle nutritional yeast on almost everything!

It is a great plant-based protein and Vitamin B-complex source such as riboflavin (Vitamin B2), niacin (Vitamin B3),  panthothenic acid (Vitamin B5), and pyridoxine (Vitamin B6).

Vegan Mac n' Cheese recipe:
3/4 cup coconut milk
4 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1.5 cup cooked elbow macaroni
1. Cook elbow macaroni according to directions on the package.
2. Place all ingredients in a pan (except the macaroni) & bring the mixture to boil. Simmer.
3. After cooking the sauce, coat the macaroni with sauce & serve.
