Please note that we packed every orders carefully, box and/or bubble wrap are free of charge. However, melting of chocolates and sometimes damaged of parcel are beyond our control. We will be sending you photos of your orders prior to shipping. 

FOR COD TRANSACTION: Pakibilin po ang order nyo sa kasama nyo sa bahay o opisina para kung sakaling wala kayo meron pa din po magreceive. Undelivered items are returned back to seller. And since chocolates po ang product namin, melting is possible. Kawawa naman po kaming seller na naghirap iprepare ang orders nyo then malulugi pa. Salamat po sa pang unawa!

Kindly message us before finalizing/placing your orders to know if your orders will fit courier's pouch.

All items are onhand and ready to ship. Expiration and best before dates are already written but you can always ask us for verification.

NOTE: We ship orders one day after payment confirmation (10PM cutoff). IF EVER MAGKARON PO NG DELAY SA DELIVERY, KINDLY FOLLOW-UP AT SHOPEE FIRST THRU HELP CENTER, as courier's activity is already beyond our control. Seeking for your kind understanding. ❤
