HOW TO KNOW YOUR INSERT SIZE? 
Measure your nipples BEFORE pumping, add 2mm to 3mm to that size, and you should be able to get your optimal insert size. 

***Insert must be "folded" to install, and "twist and turn" to remove the insert. If you don't do so, it is hard to install and remove. See instructions that come with the product.
