1. All items are on hand but tagged as "pre-order” for us to have enough time to process your orders and avoid Shopee penalties.

Courier’s mishandling of packages are beyond our control and Shopee sellers are normally not liable if the buyer’s item gets damaged during shipment. 7. We have a quality checker who will send a picture of your product 1 day before ship out for you to be able to check it first before it reaches the courier.

Do not choose another variation just because you can’t click or find the item then send us a chat that your order is different. Our packagers do not check your chat nor your remarks because we can only see whatever you put in your cart during packaging.
