📍 All items sold are strictly NON REFUNDABLE 
📍 If there are damages on the item due to MANUFACTURING or SHIPPING , We will not be liable and NO REFUND or CHANGE OF ITEM will be allowed. 
📍 We will not be liable for delayed delivery/damaged/lost items once the parcel was sent to the courier and also due to acts of God, Natural Calamities or Bad Weather Condition. WE DO NOT HAVE CONTROL OVER IT! 
📍 Please provide a video of your unboxing starting from the pouch or box, so if you have complain we can check it. 
📍 We will only give you 2 days after you received the item to complain, again with the said unboxing video. 
📍 The outer box (OB) is there to protect the actual album. Discoloration, scratches and folds are not a reason for you to return/refund/exchange.
 📍 For unsealed albums, minor dents & folds are not a reason for you to return/refund since they are not new to begin with.
