1) DELIVERY DATE/TIME
Please make sure that there’s someone to receive the package at your delivery address ANYTIME OF THE DAY, ANY DAY OF THE WEEK. In our experience, it is very rare that couriers make 2nd delivery attempts. If you cannot be sure you can receive the item/s, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER. Any packages returned to us, accounts (and addresses of those accounts) will be automatically blocked from ordering again from us.  

Please note that we have no way of knowing when it will be delivered to you (It can be as quick as 1-4 days, or as long as 2-3 weeks depending on the area and the rider assigned to deliver your package). For updates, you can check on your shopee app already where your package is. There is no need to ask us because we see exactly the same update that you see. For followups, we will ONLY entertain requests for followups for packages not delivered after 1 week from the last update by the system. 

2) BUYER SHOULDERS SHIPPING RISKS
As evidenced by our multitude of Shop Feedbacks, we practice great care in wrapping your books. However, dents, scratches, and damaged box/ books may still result from shipping no matter how good they are packed.
