▪Shipping tracking number can be found on your account's order shipping information. It is the buyer's responsibility to monitor the status of the order and make follow ups with the courier though we always update & make follow ups for our buyers too. 
▪we guarantee that all items are in good condition before shipping. If you had received a damage item, notify us, but don't blame it on us. Please file a complain to Shopee regarding the courier.
