1. All items are tested before shipping and, if needed are enclosed in bubble wrap and covered by carton materials for maximum protection. We take pictures of items before shipping. If you receive a damaged item, we will compare it to our picture if it is due to courier handling we will NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for the damaged items. 
2. We DO NOT have CONTROL OVER DELIVERIES. Please track your item via app. The tracking number is written there. You can call the courier hotline to follow up the tracking number. 
3. Please DO NOT reflect on our feedbacks late deliveries, we are doing our part to expedite the shipping of items.
4. If there is a problem regarding our item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Putting negative feedbacks immediately will not resolve the issue but can only worsen it.
5. Compatibility is buyer's responsiblity. Items bought not compatible with your system can be returned and replaced at buyer's expense. Returned items will be tested first with video coverage before refunds or replacements are released.
6. ALL SHIPPING FEES FOR DELIVERIES AND RETURNS ARE SHOULDERED BY THE BUYER.
