• All products posted are onhand and ready to ship 1- 2 working days after payment confirmation. Please give us more time to prepare for bulk orders.

• All photos posted are actual photos of the items. 
*All used items should be expected not to be in absolutely flawless condition. 

💳Payment Methods

Shopee offers a number of PAYMENT METHODS:

• COD
• Remittance/ Payment Center
• Over- the- Counter
• Online Banking
• Bank Transfer

*Shopee will notify us, once you have made the payment.

Note: Your order will be processed only after payment confirmation. Please pay in Exact Amount. Excess Payment will be forfeited.

💱Shipping Fee

 • Shopee will shoulder 50% of the Shipping Fee for orders worth 250- 499 under Black Arrow Integrated. The other 50% will be charged to the buyer upon check out.

• 100% off shipping (capped at P100) with minimum order of P500 and above under Black Arrow Integrated.

• Additional Shipping Fee will be charged if you choose to ship the items through JRS, LBC and ABEST. We do combined shipping for multiple items and shipped out as inexpensively as possible.

*Shipping Fee varies for each courier.

🚛Delivery Information

• Shopee determines the available pick- up dates for shipping. We always pick the earliest possible date. Once the items are picked- up, we don't have control of the time and day of delivery.

* Once the order is received, please don't forget to CONFIRM RECEIPT OF THE ORDER.

• If you choose to ship your items through JRS, LBC and ABEST, Estimated Time of Delivery is 1- 2 working days for Luzon Areas, 2- 3 working days for Visayas and Mindanao.

🔃Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges of items can be accepted day after receipt only. Buyer will shoulder the corresponding shipping fee.

Terms and Conditions:

• Items must be in the same condition when you received it and returned in the original packaging.
• Items returned because of a change of mind or miscalculated sizes are not accepted.
• Refunds cannot be made for returned items, they can only be replaced by items of a similar amount or higher.
