A military struggle will not be able to be persistent, great, sustainable and successful without leaders who have leadership attitudes and military duties leading exemplary and leading from the front.

These attitudes I see myself run by my leaders, my teachers along my career in TNI. Also the attitude of the intelligence of my trainers who shaped and helped me.

Without educating them, their bubbles may not succeed leading military operations while I was still active as TNI officers, and my efforts after retirement from TNI.

Besides learning directly from my leaders, from my coach, I also have time to read the stories of leadership and leadership from the world's nationwide figures as well as big leaders.
