Blind Box refers to the type of packaging that keeps the collectible toy as unknown until it is opened. Blind boxes typically come in series that show a collection; some figurines are rarer to find than others, these are referred to as "secret", "hidden" or "chase" figures.

Capsule toys or Gashapons (Bandai also Gachapon) are a variety of vending machine-dispensed capsule toys popular in Japan and elsewhere. "Gashapon" is onomatopoeic from the two sounds "gasha" (or "gacha") for the hand-cranking action of a toy-vending machine, and "pon" for the toy capsule landing in the collection tray. 


In case of severe package damages due to shipping (also damaging the product inside in the process), we'll assist in filing support via platform/courier upon request.

For Trading Figures (Bandai/MegaHouse/RE-MENT)

Customers may receive imperfection/slight differences from quality of products (paint/material color, etc), please be advised. 

Some trading figure boxes have low quality boxes and are relatively weak (can easily be perforated), customers may expect to receive imperfect/dented boxes.

We will not be able to replace/do returns to the supplier.  Please consider this before buying.

We only have limited quantities per type, please make sure to purchase it as soon as possible before it gets sold out.

We ship within 2-3 working days once ordered.  Estimated time of arrival is based on your location (e.g. Metro Manila/GMA/Provincial), and current traffic/condition of parcels via sorting hub.

Due to the features of this product, it cannot be returned/exchanged once it has been opened (plastic packaging).  Please consider it before purchasing.

Images of some of our products were taken before shipment to prevent product replacement/scam.  

There is a possibility that more than 1 tape is attached even if it is a new product due to inspection by the manufacturer (mostly Bandai/Banpresto/MegaHouse which doesn’t have circular tapes).  We appreciate your understanding in advance. 

The outer box may be damaged due to age, distortion, dents, some scratches, burns, and after peeling off the shipping label. Customers can request images before buying/before sending out.
