Iskrambol, also known as ice scramble, is a Filipino frozen dessert made from shaved ice with banana extract and evaporated milk with sugar, topped with a variety of ingredients including powdered milk, marshmallows, strawberry syrup, chocolate syrup, pinipig, tapioca pearls, and sprinkles, among others. 

Iskrambol or Ice Scramble is one of the many classic cold snacks that we have here in the Philippines.

Recipe:1 kg inJoy Chocolate Scramble Powder Mix 6 kilos crushed ice
MixinJoy Scramble powder mix with crushed ice using an electric mixer until foamy.

Toppings;
powdered milk, marshmallows, strawberry syrup/chocolate syrup, pinipig, tapioca pearls, and sprinkles

 u cup/ y cup 12 oz or 16 oz or 22 oz
boba straw black or colored straw or plastic spoon
lids for cup
