📍AFTER SALES: In rating our products, please consider the price of the product that you purchased. If you have any issues with the products that we sent, kindly MESSAGE US through Shopee Chat first and we’ll do our best to fix any issues. 

📍REFUND/SHIPPING: We carefully check all items prior to shipping your order (we always send pictures of your items before shipping), therefore we will not be held responsible for any damages ACQUIRED during transit.

📍DELAYS/SHIPPING: Delivery timeframe takes: 
👉1 to 5 working days within Metro Manila,
👉2 to 5 working days within Greater Manila Area, and
👉3 to 12 working days for other areas*
* Standard delivery / Economy delivery couriers have a longer delivery timeframe as they offer cheaper shipping fees.
