(On orders)
Once your order has been removed, you will not be able to change your address and telephone number or cancel the order.Make sure the address is correct and whether you really need this product before you order.

(On reception)
- please check the packaging and screen appearance as soon as possible after receipt of the goods.If the goods are damaged or broken, please do not installl glue/screw and take photos to contact us.

(How to test screen)
- close the equipment and remove batteries or battery lines to ensure that the equipment is closed.
- diskonnect the line of the original screen from the main board.
- connect the wiring of the new screen to the main board.
- turn on and test display and touch functions.

- if the screen test is not perfect, we can provide a refund or replacement provided the screen is not installled.
- if the screen is damaged or unable to work, please provide proof of packing, testing pictures and positive and negative images of the screen.If there is no proof of the picture, we will refuse to refund it.
- no refund will be made to customers who have purchased the wrong products.



(Quality of goods)
If you find any defects in purchasing any product, please inform us within 3 days of receiving the product.
If the product is defective or returned because of our error, we will pay the refund.
If returned for other reasons, we will not provide return service because overseas sellers do not support return processing~please understand~
Return will not be accepted after 3 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The items you will return will be fully tested before changing or refunding the goods.
If the parts are damaged by an attempt to installl, we will not be able to provide any form of refund or replacement.
