Reglue ruuber shoes is a skill work.
Directions: 
Clean and dry both surfaces then apply glue in both surfaces in evenly thin spread. Allow glue to dry for 15-20 mins. For stronger bond apply another thin coat again. Allow it to dry for 18 to 23 mins. Adhere both surfaces together in min with ample amount of heat ( by heat gun) before adhering. 
Advoid excessive heat.
