Box damage due to courier handling may still occur despite our efforts in packaging (bubble wrap, carton, and fragile tape) specially on sale dates, please use instant delivery services via other logistics if you want to receive your item's box in best condition! You may also avail of the “Extra Pack” box in our shop together for a bigger box.

For other shipping options like on demand instant delivery services (buyers pay the fees), please message us! (Other Logistics** via shopee, we will only open this option PER order, message us first!). Only available between 9am-5pm Tuesdays to Saturdays, except holidays (work hours only!).

Red Monster Shop is not the courier and is not liable for any delay or damages due to shipping. For shipping concerns kindly message your chosen courier.

The item's box is only for protection of the item itself. No returns/refunds for box damages, please be aware.

For GSC (Good Smile Company) products like nendoroids, factory defects like missing parts or wrong parts may be inquired directly to GSC as we are a GSC Partnershop. Any form of box damage is not a defect as it is only for the protection of the item itself. Kindly message us for more info.

Return/Refund policy: We accept returns/refunds only with unboxing video with clear shot of the waybill and sealed package for incomplete item parcels or wrong sent items only, no pauses in unboxing.
