Mankind in the Making (1903) is an H.G sequel. Wells for Anticipation (1901). Mankind in the Making analyzes the "process" of "man creation," namely "big complex that forms the faint possibilities of children into the reality of modern citizens." By criticizing many aspects of contemporary institutions, Wells propose a doctrine he calls "New Republic," which "tested everything with his influence on human evolution."

George Wells herbert is a novelist, journalist, sociologist, as well as a UK national historian. She was born in Bromley, Kent, UK in September 21, 1866 and died as August 13, 1946 in London. He is famous for his fictional novels, such as The Time Machine and The War of The Worlds, then The comics he created, including Tono-Bungay and The History of Mr. Polly. Together with Jules Verne, Wells referred to as "Scientific Fiction Mr.".
