1. When will you ship out my order? 
📌If the product is ON-HAND (not pre-order), we will ship out your order within 1-2 days.

2. When will my order arrived? 
📌The delivery time will depends on the selected courier and your location. We do not have the estimated time for delivery. You may visit the courier website to track your parcel or call the courier hotline to follow up.

3. Do you check the product prior shipping? 
📌We ensure to quality check all the product and secure the packaging prior shipping. We regret to say almost all of the damaged item are caused by the mishandling of the courier. 

4. What if I received a damaged item?
📌We highly recommend to test the product immediately after receiving and let us know immediately if any issue found. We will coordinate with Shopee regarding the issue. Giving us negative rating will not resolve any issue. 
🚨However, as an important note, we do not accept return once buyer has confirmed "ORDER RECEIVED", any issue found after confirmation is no longer seller's responsibility.
