1. We are not liable for any damage caused during shipping. Mishandling of parcels will not be our fault, no return or refund as we pack it well and send pictures before we ship. You understand that there is a risk of melting for chocolates or some chips might be in pieces due to shipping. 
2. Upon placing your order, you acknowledge that you read the expiry, description and price of the product.
3. For delays/estimated arrival of deliveries, the courier is solely responsible for that as we ship out items same-day (cutoff at 1PM).
4. We will only acknowledge missing items once proven that it is really missing (based on the pictures that we send prior shipping).
